Ms. Miltenberger is a seasoned deal maker who has been involved in M&A transactions since 1986. Her transaction experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and operating partnerships for processing businesses, software businesses, asset management companies and regional banking franchises. She has specialized expertise in structuring due diligence and post-sale integration efforts.
She brings more than twenty years of executive leadership with technology intensive businesses in the financial industry including start-ups, mid-sized companies and large corporations. She has expertise in managing SaaS businesses and has worked extensively with small and mid-sized business owners.
Formerly, she was President of Kaspick & Company, a privately held asset management firm, where she revitalized operations, grew the business and created an exit for the founders through a sale to TIAA-CREF. She was a partner in a software start-up in the healthcare industry which was successfully sold to a private equity group. At PNC Bank, she was CEO & Division Executive of Treasury Management Services where she founded joint ventures and operating partnerships to develop payment technologies. At Chase Manhattan Bank, she held a number of positions in its Merger Office, Cash Management Division, and Private Bank.
Francine has a long history of community involvement, where she has used her leadership and deal making experience to help organizations with strategic development and fundraising challenges. Her board experience includes regional health care systems, small businesses and non-profit organizations. She is currently the Chair of Harvard Community Partners, an organization that matches Bay Area non-profit organizations with consulting support from Harvard Business School Alumni.
Ms. Miltenberger has a MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Psychology from Wellesley College.
